Eduard Burceag is an amazing person. His wife, a friend and himself set out to climb Mt. Rainier, when they encountered blizzard conditions. The three of them were stuck on Mt. Rainier and had to lay together in order to save body heat. Eduard Burceag covered and protected his wife from the wind, even though His wife and friend kept wanting to rotate. When rescue workers uncovered the trio, Eduard Burceag was dead, but his wife and friend survived.

Eduard Burceag is a modern day hero. He essentially sacrificed his life in order to save his life. Everything that I read is cluttered with misery or dispair, but ever once in a while, I’ll find something that give me reason to have hope for this world. It is amazing that Eduard Burceag gave up his life for everyone else, but it is very sad that he will not be able to protect his wife like that again.

People like Eduard Burceag are some of the most amazing people on the earth. I am deeply sorry for everyone involved in this tragedy. It is very sad when you see somebody that goes in such a way. I think that he deserves several awards for what he did.
