There is a new exercise out there called Kettlenetics, which uses Russian Kettlebells as weights. Kettlebells are like round dumbbells, with a handle, and they range in weights from 5 pounds all the way up to the massive 85 .lb kettlebell. What’s great about kettlebells, and kettlenetics, is that it give you a free range of motion and it improves grip strength a lot. The free range of motion allows you to burn fat and build muscle at the same time, depending on how you use your kettlebells. Kettlenetics would be great for people that want to burn massive amounts of fat off in the summer.

I don’t know a whole lot about Kettlenetics, but I know that kettlebells are great. They are a favorite amongst wrestlers and martial artists because the handle forces them to improve their grip strength no matter what exercise you do. You can use kettlebells on the track to do lunges and to do running with kettlebells, which really works your core and causes you to lose tons and tons of weight. Kettlenetics is a weight loss program that uses kettlebells in the same way, by using resistance training to tone the core and burn calories.

I am a huge fan of kettlebells, and I have heard that a lot of people are using kettlenetics as their preferred kettlebell program. I have not used kettlenetics, but I have been doing my normal weight lifting routine that I use with dumbbells and barbells with kettlebells. One great thing about kettlenetics is that use the muscles that you wouldn’t normally use with a machine. You see a big improvement in your shoulders and all of the abdominal muscles when using kettlebells and kettlenetics.
